Independence War 2 Edge of Chaos fixed EXE DOESN'T WORK?

Hi!

I made a backup of my Independence War 2 CDs (European release, English language) and I've tried to run the game with the "F12 patch" fixed exe I found here: http://gcw.cdmicro.com/games/pc_indepenence_war_eoc.shtml

But it doesn't work... says I don't have the CD in the drive... the weird thing is, it says the same even if I have THE ORIGINAL CD in the drive! If I use the no-cd, I can't play even with the original disks! :o

I follow the instructions... just unzip&unace to the installation directory, but... :(

Anyone can help me to get it to run or direct me to a working no-cd? Thanks! :)

Ah... forget it... I've found out how to make it work. You have to copy the "movies" folder of the second CD into the game installation folder for the crack to work. :)
