Max Payne-Everything is dark(black)(1st Level)!????

Hi,
in the 1st Level (U-station) all the Walls are black, so I can`t see where to go and what to do!!!
Everything is dark but the characters! and graphitis on the walls.
What should I do!!??? Please help!

Hello there,
Ok, try the following (one at a time) :-
1) Update your graphics card drivers to latest version.
2) Download & apply the official Max Payne patch v1.01 from http://www.remedy-ent.com/
3) Update DirectX to the latest version.
It could be the version shipped with Max Payne is not certified with your graphics card.
Do you have an ATI card by any chance?
Post again if still a problem.
