Hi, If someone has a DVD player, can you tell me if burnt media can be played on your DVD Player, all i know any sony DVD player wouldent work, i bet there're more out there, please reply if your burnt media can play on your DVD player, please put the brand where the DVD player was produced. THANKS!

Almost all DVDs should be capable of reading cd-r and cd-rw disks without any problem. You just need to download a UDF Reader. You get get it here:
ftp://ftp.roxio.com/roxio/cd_recording_software/aol/udfread_v103-115_inst.exe

I got a new Panasonic HT-80 all-in-one AV system with DVD. It cannot Audio CDR also. So far I tried the silver and blue CDR with no luck. However, the same CDR can be played on my make in 1998 Panasonic VCD minicompo and my Pioneer car Hifi. How strange? I heard that it is sensitive to certain CDR coating. Do not know how true is it.

The challange is that the problem did not lies on the DVD on a PC, but on a standalone AV system. Anymore ideas?
