Need help to flash my DVD player

HI, i need urgently your help

I've a Pioneer 303 R (6x 32x SCSI) DVDplayer and i'm wondering if i can flash the player with the 303 S model firmware?

Is it possible to do it in order to unlock the region?

Please help!!!
