Operation Flashpoint Prob!

Hey,
i just got a copy of Operation Flashpoint From my friend yesterday, i installed it fine but when i go into operationflashpoint.exe
it comes up with a op flashpoint strip thing and just sits there!

Any one that could fix my problem, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
