Need some help with Deus Ex. I've played the game so much I wore out my disk... saw copy on the discount rack for $10.00 & bought it. Turns out its the "preview" edition (version1003f_OEM5).

I have downloaded the multiplayer patch, but it doesn't recognize my game... it wants v. 1001f.

Is there a way to execute the multiplayer patch on the preview version?

NO. Buy the Full Version if you'd like. They have the Game of the Year edition out now for pretty cheap.
