Opening a .ace file

please help w/the Kohan 1.07 nocd. It is a .ace file and I cant figure out how to open it

every time I download the Kohan_1.07 no-cd.ace winace says it is not a valid archive. What do I do or where do I find it to use the file. Thank you!
