swat 3 no cd/fix exe don't work

I am having a problem with Swat 3 internet play i installed the no cd/fixed patch v1.7 but when i go to going a internet game it tells me "your files do not match this games data files" does any one know if i am doing any thing wrong with the patch or is any one else having this problem???
