backing up janes usaf

I'm trying to make a playable copy of janes usaf using nero. I've followed the intructions at gamecopyworld on how to do so, but when I click setup.exe on the copied cd, I get the message that setup.exe is not a valid win32 application.

Any and all help would be much appreciated
