Need help with clonecd and JA2UB

I have a creativ writer (cd rw642e1.41) and ccd works with it but if i want to burn Jagged Alliance2 UB I get the message that sending the CUE sheet to the writer was unable waths wrong?
CloneCD says that my writer support RAW SOA that can´t be the problem?
