Using Clone-CD

Hey All,
When I try to use Clone-CD to back up my Diablo II, I keep getting CRC errors when I try an install (to verify backup worked). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Use the newest CloneCD version and use the following options:
Read Options
-------------
read subchannel from data tracks ON
read subchannel data from audio tracks OFF
fast error skip ON
don't report read errors OFF
intelligent bad sector scanner ON

Write Options
-------------
don't repair subchannel data OFF
