is this a good mod or a bad mod and are there any things it cant do

if I'm thinking of the same chip as you, it's nothing but a renamed neo 4, which will only boot cdr backups without swap, and has 44 wires. you still have to swap dvd-r, and it will not boot import originals. all in all, it's expensive, a bitch to install, and can do very little.
