*.ccd file??????

Hi again geezers,

I have just asked in the CloneClinic forum about why my LG CD-RW is so slow when copying CDs (like Rune, Oni etc.). The reply was to get a Toshiba *.ccd file - but what the hell is that? Where can i get it from? Is it on the net anywhere? And what do i do with it once I've got it?

The guy said that he had the same drive as me and used this Toshiba file and then the burning and reading speed increased.

Any help would be really appreciated!!!

I think he means that instead of using your writer to read the cd use a toshiba cdrom drive. These drive can read the cd pretty fast and then create the *.ccd file. The *.ccd file is the CloneCD creates when is reading a cd it contains all the infomation about the cd and how to burn it to a cdr.
