Cant backup super bike 2000 for the PC

I have tried three times to backup 1
CD clone and twice with Nero, I have a Phillips pcrw 404
All your help will be appreciated

hey man i`ve tried too to back up superbike 2000 with clone and it never worked for me either! but i just finished backing up superbike 2001 with clone and thats my favorite game!!i say ditch 2000 and get 2001 thats the only way 4 me !!!!!!! later
