WHAT DOES "FIXED EXE" MEAN?

I am new in this..so please help me.....I have seen en the cracks sections the next terms: FIXED EXE, UNSAFE DISK, BACK UP CD, what do they mean?......Thank's.

Hello,^^ I'll explain you about that.
"Fixed exe" means that the orginal exe file is fixed so that
you can play the game without CD especially when you play
backupcds.
Nowadays games are generally locked, safed against illegal
copy. So we require these sites to play the illegally copied games.
