wHAT DOES "FIXED EXE" MEAN?

I am new in this.....so please help me...I have seen in the cracks section several file names: for example: FIXED EXE; UNSAFE DISK; BACK UP CD; ETC.......What do they mean?....Thank's.

Fixed.exe is a crack he make out a copyprotection
Unsafe Disk is a small program with that you can make a crack for Safedisk protected Games(not Safedisk2)
A Backup CD is a copy of your original Game CD to safe the original Game CD
