I have version 1.04 of Dirt Track Racing(English). I need a patch for no-cd or cd backup. Can anyone help?? Thanks in advance.

I don't think that DTR v1.04a(english) has copy protection.
You should be able to just burn a backup copy of it using EZ cd creater or something.
