reader and writer not compatible

WOOT,WOOT, newbie alert.
I have a samsung 612 dvd and a liteon 16,10,40 cdrw. I managed to copy both discs of GT2 and they ran on chipped psx. Now I have PS2 I tried to make backup of Spyhunter and Sim###ns road rage usin Clone Cd which i used to make gt2 copy.But Clone cd now informs me that my dvd is not compatible with clonecd read mode"read subchannel data and audio". Plz tell me i dont need to bin two drives. If this is only option tell me best kit to obtain as replacement. Any help most appreciated.

thats because the 2 games u mention are dvd games the only programs that support dvd games are primo and the new nero plus to back them up u need a dvr like the pionner a03, but u can rip them to cd check the forum out for ripping

Thnx. So wot with most of ps2 games bein made on dvd I will have to get another piece o kit then. BUMMER.
