some problems in windows 2000

does anyone know how to make windows 2000 , stop giving the error, in cracked games ?!?
it keeps giving a error , on some games, like driver, settlers 3, fifa 2000 ...

it's quite boring ...

i would apreciate any ideias, except instaling windows 9x or Me. i would like to run them all under windows 2000
