I have a question, which one is better, in video quality. The RCA, S-Video or Y,Ca,Cr Components. And how much difference is there between the types. Thanks.

rca is crap, period.
s-video is quite a bit better.
component and RGB are pretty much equal, and are far better than rca or s-video.

But i thought the S-Video output is the best

no, it isn't.
it's like this:

RF combines audio and video in one = crappy mixed signal

RCA/AV/composite has video and audio seperate = still mixed signal, but better than RF cause audio isn't mixed into the video signal

s-video splits audio, and the video into chrominance and luminance, which is again a better signal since it's not all going through the same line.

RGB splits audio, and the video is split up into 3 colors (red, green, blue) and a seperate sync signal. that results in a pure, sharp signal.

YUV is a color difference signal, and very similar to RGB in quality. it uses 3 lines for video, and seperate audio.
