need for speed 3 - hot pursuit - Euro (french) version. Patch ?

is there a crack for with NSF3 hot pursuit hot pursuit - Euro (french) version (nsf3.exe is roughly 800 kbs) with CD ?

In Gamecopyworld all the patches do not apply to this version and the last patch is a link to the US version (> 1.5 Mbs), not to the Euro one.
