Hi new to these forums and would like to ask the following:
1. Does anyone know which files on the "GTA3" disk contain the radio stations and all the sound effects/pedestrian voices?
2. Is there any utilities available that can play or convert to *.wav the audio files on the "GTA3" disk.
There is a folder on the "GTA3" disk called "Audio". The file extensions of these files are *.vb. Anyone know of any utilities that will play this format or even convert *.vb to *.wav
