How can I make a BACKUP of ALL the CD. I know that there is a track that I can't see, but I do not remember how to extract ALL the CD (about 600 MB, only can see 300).

Use Perfect Copy with CloneCD, or just CloneCD. Fast error skip ON.
That's all. It worked for me. This is the Euro and US version though.
