CD Size Not Match For Red Alert 2!

After I applied the patch for Red Alert 2 (did it correctly), I burned the CDs fine. After, I checked the size of each backup CD for Red Alert 2 but the size of each doesn't seems to be matched with the original. The Allied disc is 488MB and Soviet is 588MB. What the hell?
