Harry Potter/Power Rangers both copy, but screen keeps rolling!? help

I try to back both of these games up and used the correct software (at least the one that the directions said to use), but both games continually give me a rolling screen. Is there something I am missing? Do I need to change something in dos or a command line? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Both are straight backups noyhing to be done on them (if PAL)

Well I followed the direction as far as using the pal4u and the patch provided on this site. Could it be that windows xp is the problem?

it sounds like you are trying to play a nstc in a pal psx or vicr-versa did you use a patch on these games as it could be the wrong one
