I've patch the file and burned the CD, but when playing the game...The screen jump really bad. Is there a solution to this problem?

ive burned the game to using CDRwin sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and sometimes the animation has a delay ...i cant figure out whats wrong .. is it protected ?

I've also burned it using CDRWin, and I burned it with the patch on this site (megagames.com) and the screen jump pretty bad. So bling604, did you burned it with or without the patch?
