Need Help With Boot Disk Version 2

I can't get this boot disk to work. I followed all the directions but don't get the remove boot disk screen. All I get is please insert CD Rom. So I swap CD's and it still doesn't work. Please help!!

You are talking about an official bought Boot Disc!!!!!!

If you have just burnt one that you found on the net then it won't work unless your console is chipped....................................

It's an offical boot disk that allows you to play import games. But my console is not chipped.
