Well SVP it all depends,if you have a game that has been cloned then it will not copy on nero (the copy protection will cut in and you will have a GOOD coaster) you will have to use clone, clone is by far the best software to use to make working backups of your games it makes an exact 1 to 1 copy of just about any game on the market providing you use the correct setting a cloned games can also be patched , if the game has been patched then i don`t see why not but i would reccomend using CDRWin it is much better than Nero for games and you use this to patch games.Hope this is of help...........................

Of course if your burner is not supported by CloneCD then any reference to that program is a waste of time.

SVP - to re-word the above for clarity: If the backup you are trying to copy HAD TO BE MADE BY CLONECD because it needed 1:1 copy of protection tracks/sectors, then Nero won't make a playable copy. You would then need to find the right patch for the game concerned and use CDRWin/PPF-O-MATIC, or, if your burner is RAW-DAO+96 compatible, copy the backup with CloneCD.

If the copy was first made with Nero or CDRWin, then a Nero copy will be fine. And yes, the advice given from the crack_of_his_arse about CDRWin was correct.

I agree BOT but i think you will find a VAST MAJORITY of average to good burners support clonecd other wise it is back to CDRWin and PPF-O-MATIC and the good ole patch..............:-)
