DDR 5th Mix

Hello, I have a MOD CD called PS-X-Change2, and everytime I try to play DDR 5th Mix, It gives me that Software Terminated Screen. I know you have to have codes to bypass that screen, and I do have the codes, but how do you enter them? I pressed every button on the controller and nothing happens.
