Syphon Filter 3 & X-Men Mutant Academy 2 Pal Patch Needed

Can anyone plz help me here, I used the patches on megagames.com, but they aren't working. I also treid programs like Pal4U latest & Zapper 2K, but none seems to do the trick. If anyone can help please. it would be appreciated. Thanks :)

The patch I need is to change NTSC to PAL, or a selector will be even beter :)

i use cdrwin 3.7, to make a bin & patch file for most games, then use pal4u2000, or patch it, to convert them from ntsc to pal and it works 99.9%
