PLEASE ANSWER ME!I'm in trouble...

...i have the BAD patch of Final Fantasy 8 - italian edition, with 146 trainers. BUT IT DON'T WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The open screen open , but when I START, this don't work. It appears a BLACK SCREEN. What can I do?????????
