Backing up This Is Football

How do I make a back up of This Is Football. I have downloaded the patch from GameCopyWorld but I can not seem to be able to patch it. How do I patch an Image? I have Nero Burning Rom, Blind Suite and WinCD (Demo version).

to back up a game that is protected,this is football is you either need a fully compatible cd rom and writer to work clone cd if not you will need cdrwin
you make an image ,download ppf patcher take a look at the tutorials the patches are easy to apply

patches are made for bin files so to make a bin file you need cdrwin & you need ppf-o-matic to add the patch
