can anyone help me in making a psx patch. actually it is a conversion from pal to ntsc. it is for allstar tennis 2000 and i unfortunately cannot find a patch for it at the console gaming world. i wouldnt mind if someone who knows how to create these could lead me in the right direction to making my own so that i can contribute to the patching scene. if anyone has info or maybe a site that can help i would greatly appreciate it. thanx alot.
