Help I need Dance Dance Rev. 4th Mix protection fix

I need the patch for Dance Dance Rev. 4th. mix for the protection fix.
I cant play this game because the screen says "System may Been Have Modified".
I found the NTSC/pal converter, but not the protection fix.
