Hi,could it be possible to lesson MP3 on CD-R using the Boot CD for Playstation

NO!!

MP3 files have to be decoded to play, MP3 format wasn't widely used when Playstation was created so they never set the player up to play them, you'd need a program that would set a program in the playstations memory so it would know to read the MP3 files like the Dreamcast MP3 player program.
