how could i burn a ps game from dling it from the net??

ok i wanna know how to burn a copy of dance dance revolution if i dl the patch and i don't have a copy of the game could i dl something from the net that i could use to burn it?? my fwen does that but i haven't talked to him in a while so i dunno how he does it he dls them from online and he burns them could someone tell me how to do it?? alrite thank
