Hello,
Just burnt a CD with SSX patched with a PPF by Neo. I'm using Datel's DVD Region X to try booting the CD, but after booting RegX and swaping the CDs, the PS2 reads the CD for a while (about 5 seconds) and then stops.
My questions are, can i boot CDs using Neo### and DVD Region X?
Another thing, i burnt the CD using max speed with a Plextor that allows burn proof and all that crap. I've heard people saying that the recording speed doesn't matter and other people saying it does matter. Someone explain me why burning at high speeds can create data flaws, i mean, when you burn an audio CD at high speed and hear it, you don't get audio glitches...
Thanks for your attention!
