Tomb Raider 4, Cdrwin and Boot cd

Hi folks, I am trying to copy tomb raider 4 so I make a bin file and then try burning it in a 650 mb cd but when it gets from 50% to 60% cdrwin says there is a bad medium. Can anyone help me? I have nero, ez, and cdrwin in my computer does this affect something? Another thing if I have the boot cd do I need any game enhacer or modchip?

On the boot cd, it depends. If you downloaded a version from the internet you'll need a mod-chip to make it run. If you bought the legit item it will run by itself. The PS_X_Change has a file on it like the Playstation disk that can't be copied.
