Ps2 picture "rolls" on some tv`s with neo4 & scart lead

I`ve chipped a ps2 with a neo4 which works fine on my tv`s, but the picture rolls and flashes on my friends tv. I`m using a scart lead and what is even more odd that is does this with some copies and not others.

sounds like his TV is not capable of displaying 60 Hz on US/jap games.

The scart lead needs to be fully loaded. As Arakon observes, there is a discrepancy in capability betyween the two TVs as reagrds NTSC games.
