tekken tag help

I need help to burn tekken tag.first I made the image and then pathed it.But When I try to copy the image.cue an error appear "error: "WRITE" command failed on device command request(04h 00h 02h 05h 2ch 00h)
Please hep me¡¡

no patch needed just copy.

when i copied tag team original,it failed to work using a pal neo2/ar2,but put the swop patch onto it using cdrwin,after burning it worked fine using the normal boot option
