I am burning with CdrWin and can create bin file and even burn CD alsoI have PPF-O-Matic but just don't know where to find the PPF file. Please Help!!!

Also if a game is patched do I still need a modchip?

the ppf file is the patch you have downloaded (you can get the patches from megagames.com) yes you need a modchip to play any backup game
