Need help backing up my ps-x-change 2 bootdisk.

I'm trying to back up my copy of the ps-x-change 2 boot disk but for some reason when I put in in the psx it doesnt work.Any idea what the problem could be??? Thanks.

if you back up your ps-x-change 2 you will need a mod chip for it to work so that means if you get a mod chip there is no need for the ps-x-change 2 so that means you CAN'T copy it
