psx2 copy & chip??

just wondering what the story is with the psx 2 can it be chipped to play copied games and if so how easy and what software do you need to copy the games ?

Hi, yes it can be chipped to play copied ps/ps2 games but to play ps2 games you will also need any early action replay or an extreme fm like i own, because you need the disk that comes with it to enable you to swap disks, fooling the console.

Just ####ing out but but so far have had most success with Infiniti silver backed. Using CDRWin with the Neo2 chip but have a lot of coasters when trying to copy PS2 - No probs copying PS1 to play on the PS2 but have yet to have joy with PS2 to PS2 back-updo it (15-06-2001 21:51):
