downloading ps2 patches....how?

what type of cables and/or hardware would I
need to download patches for my ps2. I would
assume a connection via my PC. I just bought
my ps2 a week ago so don't laugh too much =)

ROTFLMAO, You download patches just like any other file thats available to download from the internet. no cables needed. just internet connection lol
