help about dvd copying

if i copy a dvd to my hard drive eg f1 2001 it on a dvd but there is a patch for it will it make the game fit on a 80min cd but i have not got dvd drive yet but if it does make it fit i will buy a dvd rom if it will
please help

you need a DVD Burner to burn DVD's. Although I hear that there is a program that will burn them somehow with a regular CD/CDRW. But I don't know what that is. If someone knows please share!!!

There isn't any software that supports copying PS2 dvd games yet so a dvd burner will do you no good.
