What is "AR2/GS2 Disc 1?"

I have recently read instructions on how to bootup backup copies of PS2 games. But, one of the things that must be done is to insert "AR2/GS2 Disc 1." What is it? Where do I get it? Does it come with the modchip that you order?

It must be purchased seperately from the PS2 as well as the modchip however most reliable mod-chip dealers do sell a mod kit which has the gameshark2 and neo2 modchip for a special price which it a few dollars cheaper than buying each item individually. ##### out www.playstationmods.com
