Does any know the correct settings for CDRwin when extracting an ps2 iso from the original game?

use the default settings.

Indeed, use the default settings, make sure that the RAW bax is #####ed. Keep the read speed to 4x and write speed to 2x.

Always create an image and then burn, never use the cd to cd option (on the fly)!
