Does anyone know where can i find Pal game patches because the ones at megagames are from USA ntsc.Can you tell me where can i find reliable patches.

look again. there is plenty of pal patches on megagames

Yep, scan the pages carefully and you will find loads of pal patches and also euro pal patches.
