What can I do to make RAW-mode work?

I have an SONY CD-RW CRX140E and cant burn i RAW-mode... I get a message when I try:

"ERROR START DA0 RECORDING command failed on command 2:1:0 Unable to set parameters"

Maybe I could get a new driver, but where could I get it from? I have visited Sonys homepage but cant find any new drivers...

I use the cdrwin 4.0beta version

Download it at www.elby.de and forget Cdrwin.
Theres no need to download any driver for your writer
co's it doesn't need it.I know co's i have exactly the
same one as you.
