Need help w/backup

I am trying to copy Frogger 2: Swampys Revenge and I am using Golden Hawk and towards the end of the burning process it says:
Error: Unexpected faliur ready disc change
File/Disc read error encountered,

Does anybody know whats going on, I really need help.

the disc you are copying from is damaged, i copyed the US version with cdrwin without any problems.

Just use blindread, most of the time this will allow you to make a bin from a scratched disk. Burn it back with cdrwin.
